When importing FBX, choose Create new instanced materials as import method
Pick the Master material
Pick the property that we want to override
This option would varied base on your mater material parameter set up
With this setting, UE should automatically create an instance material that uses that material material you selected but still maintains the material naming you have in DCC and the overrides the texture or property you selected in the setting.
